Mr. Martoccio graduated from Stetson University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Martoccio received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Elder Care Law and Business Law Divisions of the Florida Bar, and a member of the Tax Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and Business Law Divisions of the American Bar Association
